AN Studio uses the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, if requested, arrange a call. Contact us at contact@anstudio.tech.
Information we use
Your name, email address, company if provided, the improvement you describe, language and enquiry source page. Do not include passwords, health information or other sensitive data.
Purpose and basis
We process your details to respond to your request and take steps before a potential service engagement. This form does not subscribe you to advertising.
Forms and bookings
Formspree receives the form and forwards it to our email. Cal.com is loaded only when you continue to scheduling and receives your details to prefill the booking. Cal.com handles scheduling and notifications; Google Calendar and Google Meet support the calendar and video call. These providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area under their terms and transfer safeguards.
WhatsApp and session storage
Choosing WhatsApp opens a message for you to review before sending. This option is subject to WhatsApp’s terms. To reduce duplicate submissions, the website keeps an unreadable identifier of the submitted form for the browser session, not your enquiry text.
Retention and your rights
We retain enquiries for as long as needed to respond and meet applicable obligations. Formspree’s free-plan history has its own retention period; emails and calendar events are not automatically deleted with that history. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing contact@anstudio.tech. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
